BOOKING & PAYMENT
When you make a booking, you guarantee that you are over 18 and have the authority to accept, and do accept these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your party and, further, if you are making a booking for more than one person, that you are responsible for all payments due from each and every party member for whom you are making a booking. When you use our website to make a booking, you will need to provide us with credit or debit card details in order to cover the full cost of your trip. You authorize us or an authorized third party to take full payment for the total amount of your purchase. Please note that you may be required to present a credit card at the time of check-in, rental or pick-up to provide confirmation of authorized card use or to secure any additional charges.
If you have paid a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we may cancel your booking and charge you a cancellation fee.
Upon receipt, if you believe that any details on the confirmation or any other or any other document are wrong you must advise us immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any information which is given to you by us or any of our employees is passed on to all members of your party. Any information which we give to you shall be deemed as given to each and every party member for whom you are making or have made a booking. We can only liaise with the lead passenger on the booking.
Tours are priced and advertised inclusive of applicable taxes. The Tour Operator will not increase the price of your tour after you have paid in full. Prior to this time, the Tour Operator reserves the right to amend the price of unsold holidays at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed holidays.
A deposit of 25% at least of the total cost should be paid upfront when booking a tour.
Total cost of the tour must be paid 2 weeks before arrival at least.
Changes or cancellations by you
If you wish to change any part of your confirmed arrangements or cancel them, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. This should be done by the first named person on the booking. Whilst we will do our best to assist, amendments can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions.
A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
– 30 days or more prior to arrival to Georgia, we will retain the deposit;
– between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival, we will retain 25% of the total booking cost.
– 14 days or less prior to arrival, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
Cutting your holiday short
If you are forced to return home early, we cannot refund the cost of any travel arrangements you have not used. If you cut short your holiday and return home early in circumstances where you have no reasonable cause for complaint about the standard of accommodation and services provided, we will not offer you any refund for that part of your holiday not completed, or be liable for any associated costs you may incur. Depending on the circumstances, your travel insurance may offer cover for curtailment and we suggest that any claim is made directly with them.
The land price of your trip includes:
- all accommodation as listed in the essential trip information
- all transport listed in the trip information
- sightseeing and meals as listed in the trip information
- the services as described in the trip information
